To master the content of the educational program for retraining of management personnel and specialists with higher education, the educational program for retraining of management personnel and specialists  with secondary specialized education, the following documents are submitted:

• applications of a person;

• copies of the employer’s decision to send for training (except for persons receiving education at the expense of legal entities, individual entrepreneurs, individuals or a citizen’s own funds);

• the original and a copy of the document on education confirming higher education, with the exception of a master’s degree, except in cases provided for in paragraph five of this subparagraph;

• when admitting persons from among students receiving the first general higher education, the last two courses, mastering the content of the bachelor’s degree educational program or a continuous educational program of higher education in full—time education, – the written consent (permission) of the head of the educational institution where these categories of students receive education, indicating the specialty of basic education, the course of study;

• two photos in the size 3 x 4 cm;

• the original and a copy of the certificate of recognition of the document on education issued in a foreign country and the establishment of its equivalence (compliance) with the document on education of the Republic of Belarus (for persons who have received higher education in organizations of foreign states);

• copies of the identity document with the presentation of the original.

Students who have mastered the content of the educational program for retraining management personnel and specialists with higher education and have passed the final certification are issued a document on education – a diploma of retraining at the level of higher education of the established sample; students who have mastered the content of the educational program for retraining management personnel and specialists with secondary specialized education and have passed the final certification – a diploma on retraining at the level of secondary special education of the established sample.
